Eliza is a holistic wellness practitioner and the visionary of Le Soleil Holistics, guided by a deep reverence for intentional living, restorative care, and the body’s innate wisdom. Known for her calming presence and deeply intuitive approach, she specializes in restorative therapies that support physical release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to self while also sharing her techniques and philosophy through thoughtfully curated wellness education and classes. Her work is inspired by both traditional healing modalities and modern holistic wellness practices.
